My fitness plan consists of a 7 day workout plan. Usually I double up a cardio day and an arm day so I can have my weekends ‘free.’
This morning I woke up at 5:30 am…I know crazy for a Saturday…I started to do laundry and instead of sitting on the couch for an hour waiting for my dryer I thought why not do some cardio before I leave to go camping.
My complex has a small little workout room that has been recently updated with some brand new cardio equipment. I decided why not do 40 minutes of cardio and some ab work
while I wait!
It’s always the little extra things that help out in the long run and you will see changes sooner!
Think about ways you can incorporate some exercise even if it’s 15 minutes!
