Woohoo Day 7 Leg Day!

I’m so happy it’s Day 7, but I’m even more happier that I was able to increase my sumo squat, barbell squat and leg press weight! It’s all about them gains and pushing yourself!

Probably one of my favourite body parts to work is my legs. I’ve always been strong because of years and years of playing soccer.

Best thing is I get to fuel myself after with my Isagenix shakes. It gives me the full vitamin and minerals I need plus 36g of protein, fibre and all for 270 calories! This is a super protein shake since it doubles as a meal replacement! I have to credit my clean eating to having these shakes so easily accessible! I will post more about these incredible products later on…
