Tuesday is actually my rest day but I thought if partake in something new at work that happens during lunch hour. Two of our health promoters host a lunch hour boot camp to promote health, wellness and mental alertness.
It was a great turnout! There were 8 staff members there. They put us through some rigorous exercises…
Run/jog the length of the field and back
Do the grapevine the length of the field and back
Then we did burpees or jump squats 3 x 10
Push-ups/modified push-ups 3×10
Then we did planks with Spider-Man’s 3×10
Then we did 2×50 jumping jacks
Lunges 2×10 on each leg
Then repeat..x 2
Did that ever give me a burn especially since last night I did my Day 2 leg workout 😭
It was fun working out with everyone and encouraging people on.
