Just blend up….
1 cup of spinach
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of flax
1 handful of mangoes (I used frozen)
1 cup of water and a few ice cubes
Cut up ginger about the size of your thumb
Blend that baby up and reap those amazing health benefits! Not to mention it tastes pretty good!
