Day 6/Day 7

Okay so Day 6 was actually a rest day but since I’ll be too busy to get to the gym I decided to do Day 7 – leg day!

Squats are getting much easier except that darn 25 lb goblet squat..but it went a wee bit better than a few days ago!

I also stuck to my meal plan! Woohoo!

Tomorrow I will post result pictures if I have the time!
