I’m passionate about food, eating healthy and fitness. I’ve done many fad diets, crash diets, and tried every weight loss replacement, shake, quick fix you can think of. This has led to many disappointments and a lot of frustration.
I’ve learned over the years that eating clean and working out is the key to keeping healthy and fit. This decreases your sick time, injuries, and it helps prevent diseases. I’m much more energetic and have a passion for life now than before with all the processed foods I used to eat.
